I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Yha London Thameside. The room was spacious enough for my family of six and the beds were sturdy and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a quick bus ride into the center of London. The free road parking was an added bonus. it was a family-friendly and well-priced option for our trip.
Although Yha London Thameside is marketed as a hostel, it actually caters more to families than solo travelers. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families, but lacked the social atmosphere and communal areas typically found in hostels.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms at a reasonable price. It was great to have access to our own bathroom/toilet as a family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent value for money. The location was convenient with easy bus/rail links to the city center and a lovely river walk along the Thames path to the bottom of Tower Bridge. The hotel was also situated near a nice pub with great river views to the city skyline.
Everything great.

During my recent stay at Yha London Thameside, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price and the comfort of the bed in my room. The availability of a shower and separate toilet was convenient, and I appreciated the option to make my own meals in the facilities provided. The TV room was an added bonus for entertainment. Considering the cost, it's hard to find fault with this budget-friendly option in London.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the location of the hotel was very convenient for accessing Central London. It made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. Additionally, the hostel was reasonably priced, which was a huge advantage for me as I was on a budget. The affordable rates allowed me to enjoy my trip without breaking the bank.
There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. the self-catering kitchen was not up to par.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the necessary information about the area and gave great recommendations on places to visit. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for us.
There were a few negatives during our stay. the shower in our room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

I had a one night stay at Yha London Thameside and I must say, the location was great. It was in a green and calm area with a stunning view of the City and Metropolitan Wharf. The proximity to bus stops and metro stations made it very convenient for exploring London. The availability of a common cooking area was also a huge plus, especially considering how expensive dining out in London can be. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I had a pleasant stay.
The room I stayed in had some minor issues, such as an uncomfortable bath cabin and a shower that was quite unusable. The stained carpets were also a bit disappointing.

Great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff who were knowledgeable about the area.- Convenient location near bus stops and a reasonable distance from underground train stations.
The room could use some updating, including a fresh coat of paint and better bathroom amenities. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, either too hot or too cold.
